Refund Policy
You, the tenant, office manager or homeowner are the “Service User” ,” Service Users” and are responsible for reporting or requesting refunds, exchanges, shipping and gifts to the Service Provider(s) you have agreed with.
Please contact the Pro whom provided services and/or merchant(s) of which you bought the products and supplies item(s) from. Refunds & Returns of exchange are typically within the 30 days window. So you would have to act on refund and/or exchanges sooner before the 30 days expire If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you won’t receive an offer of a refund or exchange from the Pro, merchant or seller.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in other words the event has not occured.
To complete your return, you should have a receipt or proof of purchase(s).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and that is of the discretion of the Pro, merchant or seller only and not Bda Home Pros.
-Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, building materials, value of labor, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been rendered.
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to neither Bda Home Pros nor Interlock Bermuda LLC error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is void and won’t be considered for a refund or exchange from Pro, merchant or seller.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, The Pro, merchant or seller should send you an email to notify you that “they” have received your returned item. Hopefully “they” should also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and/or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact the Pro and/or merchant or seller of which you bought the item(s) of products, goods and services from directly to settle the dispute or issue you may have encountered.
Please do not contact Bda Home Pros. We are not held repsonsible for any of your financial transactions, shipping, fund disputes or product(s), goods & services issues of any kind whatsoever.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. It is advised to contact the Pro, merchant or seller directly not Bda Home Pros.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, you may take that up with whomever sent you that gift not Bda Home Pros.
Shipping
You, the tenant, office manager or homeowner is or are the “Service User” ,” Service Users” will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to shipper if item(s) is/are damaged or dissatisfactory condition of items or missing parts or whatsoever circumstances may occur. Shipping costs are your responsibility. If you receive a refund, the cost of return should be addressed & determined by the agreed parties including between the Service User & the Service Provider. The Service Provider(s) is or are the Pro, merchant or seller.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item $$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is advised to insured your shipment(s) of good(s) and track the order(s). The Service Provider whom is the one offering the services to the Service User(s).
There will be SOME product items which Are Not Shipped to Bermuda ( this is considered in shipping as Worldwide.) So buyers please beware and carefully read before purchasing.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Seller.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Bda Home Pros is and will not responsible for the grievance(s), dispute (s) and problem (s) & damages and whatsoever deemed as grievance the agreed parties between Pro(s) and the tenant (s), or home owner(s) or Business manager(s). So thereby, Bda Home Pros will not be invloved in the agreements, financial and/or all of the things related to the parties invloved specially between the Pro and the tenant, or home owner or Business manager only and not another third party such as Bda Home Pros. The parties mentioned above invloved would have to seek legal advice and take it to the necessary steps.
Interlock Bermuda LLC is the parent company of Bda Home Pros and its affiliates is deemed not the party responsible in anyway or form as mentioned above.
Very Important-
Altercation – Civil and/or Criminal Dispute(s)
If an altercation or an occurrence at the posted event, if so requires any civil or criminal judgement must be addressed. Then bdahomepros.com is not held responsible. Instead the person who submitted/posted the job request & the Pro whom accepted the job request initially is/are the sole one responsible and is the only one to prosecute and/or be prosecuted by the Law of the Isles of Government of Bermuda and the Courts will settle the dispute(s).
Cancellation(s)
[ ] In the event of cancellation of your job or a job site or more jobs of your agreement to perform. BDA HOME PROS will not be held responsible for damage(s), cancellation(s),
dissatisfactory proof, alterations of contractual agreement unbeknownst of the other agreed party & any civil and/or criminal activities performed is/and written must be addressed and settled by the Courts of Law of the Isles of Bermuda.
[ ] We ensure that the parties of Service User and the Service Provider whom initially had agreed. They must settle the dispute outside of the influence of Bda Home Pros. The agreed parties of the Service User(s) & the Service Provider settle their differences and payment(s) should be paid in full as had agreed upon. Please be fair, consistent and appropriate with payment(s) to the other party whom were agreed upon for all of charges for full refund(s).
